Welcome to Cabinet. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Cabinet
Cabinet is a leadership coaching application that provides access to coaching personas. Cabinet is intended for personal development and professional growth purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services, therapy, or licensed coaching.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cabinet. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Cabinet offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: Access to Madeleine guest coaching with limited preview sessions
- Pro ($29/month or $249/year): 30 daily messages, 4 coaches, 3 structured programs, 19 frameworks, action plans, and session history
- Executive ($59/month or $499/year): Unlimited messages, all 7 coaches, all 6 programs, weekly digest, and leadership assessments
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Cabinet for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app or its systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use Cabinet to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others
5. Coaching Disclaimer
Cabinet's coaching personas are generated and are inspired by historical and public figures for educational and motivational purposes. They are not actual representations of those individuals. The coaching advice provided is for informational and personal development purposes only.
Cabinet is not a mental health service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
6. Intellectual Property
Cabinet and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of Cabinet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabinet and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
